CANCELLATION POLICY

Matwork Class 6-Session Pack – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking and Session Use Your 6-session pack is valid over a 7-week period. All 6 sessions must be booked in advance upon purchase. If you know you’ll be away during the 7 weeks, please plan accordingly. Once booked, your schedule is fixed. If you miss a session, you may request a make-up in another class, provided: • There is availability, • It’s within the 7-week validity, and • You book the spot no more than 48 hours before the class start. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to space. ⸻ 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancel online at least 48 hours before the class to retain the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your pack and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. ⸻ 3. Attendance and Responsibility Clients must manage their own bookings. No-shows count as used sessions. Sessions not used within the 7-week period will expire. ⸻ 4. Validity Your pack is valid for 7 consecutive weeks from your first scheduled class. Sessions must be used within this time. ⸻ 5. Refunds and Transfers All packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. ⸻ 6. Health & Safety Clients must complete and sign a health and waiver form within 12 months before attending. Notify the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy. Participation is at your own risk. ⸻ 7. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted, and the session will be marked as used. ⸻ 8. Studio Etiquette Arrive early, silence phones, and respect others in the space. ⸻ 9. Class Cancellations by Studio If a class is cancelled by the studio, your session credit will be returned to your pack. ⸻ 10. Instructor Holidays / Breaks When the instructor is on holiday or the studio is closed, classes pause. Your 7-week pack period will extend to cover the break.
