Hard copies are stored in a locked cabinet and accessible only to Ainsley Walker.

• With other therapists and health professionals with your prior agreement and written consent. 

• With substitute teachers so they can provide an appropriate service.

When you complete a Health Questionnaire or book and pay for classes online you will be submitting your personal data to one of our third party providers (data processors). We have selected third party providers who have agreed to protect your information in the same way as if it were being used in the European Economic Area. However we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

You can change your browser settings to reject some or all cookies. However blocking all cookies will have a negative impact on the usability of many websites.

1. THE BREATHE AND RELEASE WEBSITE

The Breathe and Release website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

This is for your health and safety. These are produced and stored by Wix servers.

If you consent to receiving emails your full name and email address will be added to lists held on Wix. This is so we can keep you informed of offers, changes to classes, policies, terms and bookings. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. BUSINESS RECORDS

Your full name and a record of attendance is used to maintain a register of each class or private session, this is used only for confirmation of your attendance, health & safety and to maintain records of business activity.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company and its services.

Unless subject to an exemption under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• See copies of all personal data held by us.

• Ask us to amend, delete or correct your personal data.

• Withdraw your consent to use your data e.g. removing your name from our mailing list.

• Object to our use of your data where we rely on our ‘legitimate interests’ to do so. ‘Legitimate interests’ are the reasons why we collect data e.g next of kin contact details in case of emergency.

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by us at any time. 

Data you provide may be stored for as long as you remain a client of Breathe and Release Pilates and for a period of seven years after.
